Window Cleaning Methodology

We use the new ultra pure water systems made by IPC.  This allows us to clean windows from the ground up to 35’ with a specially designed water “ultra purification” system that allows water used in cleaning to dry leaving no spots, thus eliminating the need for labor intensive squeegee fanning techniques that often leave the bottoms and edges of very high windows still dirty and soapy…  Our pure water systems work very well and are monitored with TDS (total dissolved solids) meters to ensure that the wash water remains below 10 parts per million of total dissolved solids, ensuring that when the water dries, there is no residue. The windows are soaped and brushed up in traditional fashion and then rinsed through an extremely light weight carbon fiber multi-stage extension pole, with an extremely buried and electrically de-ionized water supplied through a special system, that dries with absolutely ZERO residue, leaving perfectly clean windows…  The system while expensive to purchase is extremely labor and time efficient… This system leaves better results than traditional squeegee equipment as it flushes out the sills much better, and is very effective at removing mineral deposits on glass as the water instantly dissolves most materials that have crystalized on it’s surface, often returning an old pane to a like new appearance. These systems if properly monitored for TDS content of the purified water, are absolutely superior…
