Whatever your project with us may be, we will only employ methods and tactics that will contribute to the larger social effort of the clarification of storm water runoff, and prevent illicit or unnecessary discharges to the storm water infrastructure. We are a local small business, veteran owned & operated in Redmond, WA, We do not suffer from a fractured intent, or competing internal motivations. Our purpose is to successfully complete our cleaning projects, and satisfy our customers, not just to “make money”. Money is a very important part of business, but it is not our highest priority. Our highest priority is to serve our customers with our experience and skill and our custom built & innovative tools. Being a small, focused niche company allows us to be nimble and responsive. You are always talking to a person, not a machine. We have no large financial backstop, our survival and success depends on being responsive and providing a good service at a competitive cost under severe competitive disadvantages. We lose most bids due to being underbid by contractors who know what they should be doing with respect to wash water discharge but either can’t or won’t. Breaking new ground with storm water friendly reclamation tactics is difficult work. Any company who attempts this is in for a rude awakening and tough lessons, but it’s a challenge that we take on with enthusiasm!

Over our first 5 consecutive years in business (2011-2016) we managed an employee gross hourly pay rate of approximately $42/per hour, approx. net pay rate of $32/per hour for all workers. All of our workers are full W2 employees, and we do not farm out work to “subcontractors” who pay their own payroll taxes, and we don’t offload our insurance and administrative costs onto our workers to fulfill a shadowy motivation that is in contradiction to our explicit goals.
Our workers feel a sense of personal investment in the outcome of their work, and actually want to be on your job site and provide you with the best service possible, for it’s own sake.
Creative Methodology
We have found that creative and innovative machine design alone was not enough to overcome our challenges. In order to survive and thrive, we also had to find new ways and new tactics of employing this equipment in order that we could be competitive.
It’s one thing to invent a new fangled machine to clean parking garages, or wash down the side of a building, or degrease a factory while picking up the wash water. It’s another thing entirely, to try to do this for the same cost as another contractor submitting a bid with less than half the logistical requirements and labor. Further, it’s an entirely different animal to try to do all this, and also have the goal of paying your employees better than anyone else in the industry by a factor of 2…
Innovative Machine Design
In order to preemptively break new ground and challenge an older way of doing things, creativity and innovation in machine design is absolutely critical. When the task at hand calls for bringing a technically more difficult and expensive solution to the table at a comparable cost, a company must rethink everything from the ground up, and challenge all previously held assumptions with new ideas… Usually the private market will yield solutions, but unfortunately in the case of wash water reclamation, the solutions presented for purchase simply fall flat in the face of everyday working problems. To overcome this, we have built our own wash water reclamation systems that are capable of meeting everyday real world working requirements. These systems which are designed and built by the company’s owner and founder are unique to our company right now.
